A brain computer interface uses hardware (usually a EEG headset with electrodes to send signals) and software to enable control through brain activity in real time. This neurotechnology interface is being used in non-clinical industries such as education and entertainment. An example is that users can use their thoughts to control games using technologies such as virtual reality.
